Specialist Works / Requirements

Over the years we’ve built up a reputation for being able to assist with specialist requirements for our storage customers. Often, we have clients from overseas who ship their items to us via sea container, which we can then unload in our large yard. We currently run a separate business, for which this yard serves as a way to load/unload large lorries, containers, artics, etc. for international shipping. This yard can also be used for specialist requirements including (but not limited to):

• Filming location.

• loading/unloading containers / curtain side trailers / artic lorries + more.

  • Unloading/loading: pallets, bags, personal items, business stock, furniture, appliances, etc.

• Crane vehicles to access the surrounding apartment buildings.

• Unloading/loading and storage of outsized items.
